I have to say up front, I haven't been to this restaurant.

I've read your menu, looked at the pics and the food seems outstanding. BUT apart from the dairy and eggs I can't see any real veg protein on the menu i.e., legumes! an important ingredient in veg and vegan food. I'll be dining there tomorrow and I'm hoping I will be pleasantly surprised. Humans need 22 amino acids in their diet to get a complete protein for a veg or vegan that means a combination of grains and legumes to provide all these important nutrients. Without these ingredients it's what's known as empty food! So . . . . will I be paying top dollar for amazing looking and tasting . . . empty food? or will I get a totally enjoyable surprise? Eternally optimistic.
