Yoga Art Life offer Yoga classes for Mums & Bubs, Kids Yoga 18 mths - 5yrs, as well as creative workshops for health, happiness and connection.

Founded by creatives Naomi Steinborner and Lauren Realph on the Coffs Coast in 2015 Yoga Art Life is creating community connection through Yoga & workshops for health, happiness and creative expression.

Naomi is a theatre director, community connector, devoted mumma and creative dynamo who loves to share her knowledge of movement, expression & connection to uplift & inspire.
Naomi is a certified Oki Do Yoga instructor accredited with Yoga Australia. Naomi discovered Oki-Do whilst living in Melbourne and has studied for over 18 years with senior Japanese teachers both in Australia and Japan and been teaching since 2007. Oki-Do was developed by Masahiro Oki and brings together Hatha Yoga with Oriental movement, philosophy and healing practices. Oki-Do classes include asana (movement), pranayama (breathing), partner exercises, sound, self & partner massage.

Lauren comes from a background in Fine Arts and is an accredited ERYT200 and RPYT with Australian Yoga Alliance with 8 years teaching experience. Lauren holds Yoga Teaching Certifications for Hatha, Restorative, Fertility, Pre Natal, Post Natal & Infants, and Rainbow Kids yoga.
Lauren views yoga as an ever-evolving practice that empowers us to live more consciously. Her aim is to inspire awareness, balance and joy, with an emphasis on alignment, breath and the practice of living from the heart.

We welcome beginners, right through to the most experienced yogi's. Yoga Art Life is for everyone!
