Dave has been a super nice instructor and took great care of every single person walking into the studio. I enjoyed every minute of the yoga lessons and I’ll def recommend it to my friends.

Such a lovely place with warm welcome and professional yoga coach around. With Inspirational classes, you can reward yourself with inner strength to boost your body energy. Even have those little tips and modification before/after class for beginners to help improve your body fluency, reducing any harm to your joints due to wrong poses.

Special guest appearance. Blair will teach 6.30pm POWER class on Tuesday Aug 14. Don't miss it. Meanwhile - see you on the mat and have a great weekend. Big shout out to those running in City to Surf.

It's winter and it actually feels like it too. Great time to get to hot yoga. Even the un-heated classes like YIN will be cosy as we keep the room delicious for you.

Totally great way of looking at life.

A busy and exciting morning at Yoga Hotspot....and we are so pleased to have raised $1000 towards the girls travel and accommodation at the World Championships in Belgium. Massive thanks to all Yoga Hotspot guests for their generosity. Love and light. xx

Hey Beautiful People, This Saturday March 17 we are doing something very special at the studio. 2 of our lovely younger guests (Stella and Shennei) will be showcasing their amazing talent at the end of the 8.30am class and again at the end of the 10.00am class in order to raise some money to pay for their travel to Belgium to represent Australia in the Junior WORLD GYMNASTIC CHAMPIONSHIPS!!
