Yoga Plus Healing Description
Ashtanga Yoga - an active dynamic flowing style of yoga which utilizes a particular type of breath & core strength, creating a strong /flexible body suitable for beginners / general. - Monday 6pm - 7pm $15
Yoga /Stretch - this class starts off with stretches to enable the body to open & release, then moves into traditional yoga postures, focusing on the breath enabling tightness in body /mind to subside.
- Monday 10: 45am - 11: 45am $10
- Tuesday 6pm - 7pm $15
- Saturday 9am - 10am $15 ($20 with meditation)
Meditation - 10am - 10: 30 Relax $10
Pre /Post Natal - Yoga stretches to prepare the body for birth AND to repair the body post natally. Aids in relaxation and letting go of tension. Some breath /meditation also included.
Seniors - A gentle yoga /stretch class designed especially for the over 60's.
- Monday 8: 15am - 9am $10
Healing /Recovery - A specially designed class for people going through or recovering from illness and /or depression / anxiety.
- Thursday 11am - 12pm $20
Private Tuition - Janelle creates a class to suit your body /mind it can be a combination of varies styles or completely new to suit your body.
