Relax, recharge and reconnect with yourself and nature on a weekend dedicated to you. The yoga retreat will appeal to all levels from beginners to advanced. Those just starting their yoga and mindfulness journey will be gently guided to discover a new wisdom to connect the body, mind and breath for complete relaxation. For committed practitioners, the retreat will fine tune your foundations and practice
Guided by yoga and mindfulness coach, Dr Daniella Goldberg you will be supported through body alignment & awareness, mindfulness, breath work, and in an rejuvenating, relaxing and fun weekend of nourishing organic vegetarian cuisine!
Bamarang is a quite, hidden bush retreat located on the Shoalhaven River just outside Nowra, 2. 5 hrs drive south of Sydney.

1 x Movie night exploring benefits /science of yoga & mindfulness
