These guys are amazing - my husband and I got my engagement ring and our wedding rings hand made by Douglas Ely and he was just brilliant! The rings were spectacular and he gave us so much of his time to talk through what we wanted, and his care of us has continued long after we purchased the rings. We will go there for all our jewellery now - thank you Douglas and team!

Doug was very accommodating in obtaining the exact locket I was after as a gift for my wife, even though they didn’t have it in store. His discription of the quality was all I had to go off and he definitely delivered. I am very happy with the end product and the service Doug has provided. York jewellers will be my first point of call when looking for jewellery in the future

Excellent customer service. Great range. But I have to say the staff were brilliant. I had just left a competitor and was honestly in a bad mood because of the poor service I received. I actually walked out of the store. My wife noticed that the same product was sold at York.
From the moment I walked in I was shown everything I asked for and because of the service, I then spent a further $250 odd. I would recommend this store to everyone. An example of what modern retail culture should be like. I enjoyed shopping there.

Such a great experience at York Jewellers today! Maddison was amazing. She was so very helpful in picking out gifts for the holiday season. She listened to our objectives and was so lovely with her assistance. We only came in for our grandmothers Christmas present and she was such a wonderful sales woman, we walked out with 3 gifts for our family members. Will definitely be returning to this lovely store!

The lovely lady who served me which I believe her name was Gail, was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, very approachable and was very efficient in helping me with what i wanted. I would definitely come back to do my jewellery shopping at York Jewellers. Great service ! :)
