Hello and welcome to Young At Heart! We are a personal assistance and social support services company based on the North Shore, Sydney, Young At Heart is a private company, owned-and-operated by Maria Pauka and her carefully selected team of assistants.

We provide a very wide range of services for the elderly and for the not so elderly, who would like to maintain their active and independent lifestyle.

We believe that everybody, regardless their age, need to be able to maintain their practical, social and cultural lifestyle without feeling they are a burden by taking up the time of their family and friends. They need to feel independent and in control of their life.

Young At Heart Services offer lifestyle solution, in-home and personal care, transitional-, dementia-, and casual care that enables people to safely manage and enjoy their active lifestyles while at the same time maintaining their independence, confidence and autonomy in the comfort of their own home.

We provide patient, sincere, professional assistance to those, who need help with some mundane tasks they don't want to do, to leave time and energy for the things they want to do.
