Your Home Depot (Permanently Closed)

I was upset when I saw reviews after my order place. But I was wrong. I placed order on Monday evening and got my delivery Friday morning . And product is absolutely perfect 😊

took my money then a week later told me that the last one in stock that was coming to me was damaged and it would take 4 days to process a refund, all this after waiting for postal conformation Not Happy!!!!!!!!!

Reading these reviews, it's like the company says the same thing to all it's customers. I ordered a pot and steamer from Your Home Depot and paid extra for express delivery. After payment was made I received an email saying they were relocating and that any orders placed between these dates won't be processed until the following two weeks. After the two weeks I received an email saying they would send a complimentary knife sharpener - which I never received! I called them several times to be stuffed around even more and then after 6 weeks was offered a refund. Was told it would take 3 business days which it shouldn't so rang them again to be told it was processed on Monday and will be in my account by today. Following day I received an email asking for my bank details as they didn't have them on the system...
If you are thinking of purchasing anything from Your Home Depot I'd advise not to and go somewhere else. Giving 1 star is being was genourous!

Website advised item in stock with same day dispatch. Took an email (no response) and two phone calls to find out they didn't have the item, and that was only because I questioned them further after being told the item would be dispatched soon. Now waiting on refund. A company to avoid!

Staff are rude. Need to be traded in manners. Customer service is poor. One guy was helpful but the females were rude. Always stuffing up orders and don't care. Staff trading definitely needs to be looked at. Definitely there manners. Will never buy from here again and will let others know. Social media is a big thing

Paid for express on the 19th of Aug no word until the 23rd which was an email from WowBaby saying they'd charged less than a dollar to my account and I needed to confirm it...which sounds like a complete scam! So of course I ignored it. Then I was told 'oh yeh that's one of our other companies they must've confused it'...WTF!! Pathetic customer service and complete lack of professionalism. Express post...HA! Do not buy from this rubbish business that can't even organise themselves and do the right thing by their customers

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Recieved damaged for a steamer and still waiting for a reply to my email. Every time I call they say u will get a call or were relocating and there's a backlog in emails. Been almost 2 weeks and still waiting. I'll be contacting head office to complain and email Accurant affair after seeing all the reviews. Not acceptable u buy a product to use it not for it to sit there.

I had a credit for returned goods. They offered me a refund but I decided I was going to buy something else later and asked them to keep the credit until I did buy. I forgot about it and eventually asked them if I could redeem it. They said the credit had "expired" after six months. How can money "expire"? No warning or anything - they just "expired" my money. They have my email address and could have informed me that they were going to take my money if I didn't redeem my credit. Would not recommend. :( Unprofessional.
