Focus Event for New South Wales Youth Week
Open to all young people 19 or under who write and perform their own songs.

YouthRock provides an opportunity for high school students to create and enjoy entertainment and to acknowledge and celebrate the positive contributions made by their efforts and achievements, one of the key objectives of Youth Week. It also showcases student bands to the music industry.

The competition is judged by music and recording industry representatives. The music and recording industry also provides more than $10, 000 worth of prizes to the finalists.
