So we made these super delicious muesli cookies from Sonoma Baking Company Honey & Spice Muesli. Toasted muesli made from a delicious combination of rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut, sultanas, honey and spices, then drizzled in white chocolate.
If you manage to get one before I eat them all 😋 what should I name them?

So just quietly - I opened an awesome new pop up Cakery & Tea Room in the foodcourt at Erina Fair today. I kept it on the down low so we could work out any kinks and it was a fantastic day! My cupcakes are there of course and I’ll be decorating on site. But it’s also a place for fantastic coffee, delicious baked on site pies with mash, mushy peas and gravy; freshly made soup and super tasty sandwiches on Sonoma Baking Company sourdough. Hope to see you soon!

SO I haven't had a lot of time to post pics over the past few weeks but have been making a whole lotta cakes! And working on a huge step forward for the Yummy Delicious business... Can't wait to share with you all, won't be long now :-) In the meantime check out this little piece of cake I delivered to Manly Pavillion recently. The drive there aged me 10 years!
