Cardio Boxing classes are designed to give you an overall body work out for your upper and lower body. We don't just punch in this class. Proper punching technique and stance is taught to maximise your work out and minimise injuries. Beginners to advance are welcome as the exercises can be modified to your fitness level. It is a fun class aimed to increase your physical and cardio vascular strength, increase your self confidence and burn those excess calories.

Zumba is a dance fitness class inspired by Latin American music, grooving to the beats of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, Reggaeton, Batchata, as well as the occasional Bollywood and other Internationally inspired music. You do not have to be a dancer to join these classes, steps are instructed so you have a choice to do the low impact movements or the high impact ones. The aim is to feel the music and move your body like "no one's watching". Sure to burn calories and have fun at the same time. It's always a party at Zumba classes!
