Zebra Lounge is now open in the evenings for Tapas & Cocktails until 10:30pm. We launched our new hours and new look with a fabulous party on the waterfront! Thanks to all who came to the party we hope you enjoyed it! :)

I just wanted to let management know that based on our experience at Zebra Lounge on Saturday you have lost 2 loyal customers. We are Pyrmont locals and come down there frequently and on Saturday the way we were treated was absolutely disgraceful. It was quite busy and so we walked in and seated ourselves, I simply went up and asked a blonde waitress for 2 menus and I was met with attitude straight away. When she returned with the menu's she then said "who seated you?" when we said no-one did we were told "well we are busy and you are meant to wait and not just do it yourself". We were then told "asking me for menus makes me look like I have neglected you and am not doing my job which I don't appreciate". We merely asked for menus as we were hungry and we could see the staff were busy!! Her attitude was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in hospitality and after several more rude comments from her we decided to take our business elsewhere and all she did was say "ok see ya". Never again Zebra Lounge and I will be telling all my friends to eat elsewhere as well. It is such a shame one rude waitress is giving your business such a bad name.
