Zen Aerial Yoga

We are bringing Aerial Yoga to the Northern Rivers. Great for all levels, increase your flexibility and strength. Get more out of your yoga practice with the benefit of the aerial yoga hammock.

We offer 2 hour Saturday workshops alternating between Lismore and Byron Shire. We also offer regular Monday and Tuesday classes in Bangalow and Lismore. No previous Yoga experience needed. We team teach and are available to assist in all areas of the class /workshop.
