Appalling. Do not waste your time or money going to this place. I have been on two occasions and have been throughly disappointed both times. She refused to honour my gift voucher and charged me a $50 fee ontop of my appointment because I cancelled 23 hours in advance the appointment before, she tricked me. She is an extremely slow hairdresser and I was in the chair for nearly 4 hours the first time and my hair looked exactly the same. So many things to comment on. I wish I could rate it less than one star.

My Facial today at ZEN was the best facial I have ever had. I had 30min Classic facial and my skin feels amazing. Face massage was great!!! also I got neck & shoulder massage. I could of try 60mins facial instead..it was just too good. I will definitely recommend to all my friends. Thank you ZEN and look forward to have my next facial!!

Love this place:)My experience is always wonderful at ZEN!! I've been going to different salons before and finally I have found the right hairdresser for myself.

Sent my wife today... had Worst experience ....no customer satisfaction, no catalog....wasted my money there.. not recommended at all. Groupon cheated me by advertising such worst place.

Well it was nice but it's been one week and my hair dye has almost completely washed out 😭

Appalling!! I confirmed booking with Michelle on the only day I had spare then I purchased the Groupon. Michelle refused to honour the appointment because I said I had my six month old baby sleeping in a pram next to me.
I am a single mother and this the first time I've been able to get my hair done in more than six months. What should've been an awesome day, long deserved and a relief, was a massive waste of time, disappointing and extremely inconvenient.
The hairdresser text messaged me literally 7 mins before the appointment to say she wouldn't do my hair if I brought the baby. She refused to answer the phone when I called her back. I had spent over an hour traveling by bus in the rain with a little baby.
I explained the situation to her in which she replied "I'm happy to do your hair as soon as you find someone to look after your baby". Unfortunately I don't have that option.
Absolutely appalling!!
Even after I had to get back on the bus and travel into the CBD and walk around in the rain with a baby in a pram looking for a hairdresser that could fit me in straight away - I still offered her my patronage in the future should she compensate me by way of a free treatment or toner with the next service.... how's that for fair?!?!
She told me to organise a refund with Groupon.
Mortified. Terrible customer service, rude, zero empathy.
Would highly unrecommend this place to anyone who has children or anyone who has a heart.
