Zillah Jas - Mind Body Soul offers alternative wellness therapies based around energy. Everything is made up of energy; a vibration; a frequency. When your subtle body is out of alignment, dis-ease and ailments can become prevalent; our emotions can become imbalanced; we become disconnected from our spirituality - our true self and sense of belonging.

I have developed individual therapies so that each client can "connect" with the energy therapy that feels right for them. You can simply chose one energy therapy that you feel most attuned to, or a combination of some /all of the energy therapies.
