Zip Hand Car Wash Cafe

I am so disgusted with the quality and service of this place! 2 utes and $335 spent yesterday and a 5year old child could have done a better job.
Windows were still dirty, vinyl floor still wet and dirty, rims still filthy. When I complained the manager gave so much bad attitude and I had to point out the problems. Then after a while just disappeared. So I complained again to the poor girl inside and told her I would never be back oor recommend this place to anyone. I have since discovered more things they didn't do and speaking with other people found out that they had also had bad service from this place. Everyone should avoid this place like the plague!

I live near the car wash. I never expect a good job as I never seem to get a good car wash anywhere. I go here simply to remove basic dust and touch up when I get home. I find the staff are not overly committed to the job

DISGUSTING SERVICE. I had two cars washed here in the last month. The manager is a disgrace. Expressed concerns about vehicle cleanliness. He advised that I would receive a free wax (this was via text). Replying with that I wax my vehicles myself (no reply from him); I brought my wagon back in for what I thought I would have been given a complementary wash. Irrational, and irate - he made me pay (again). Long time customer of 8 years. LOST. Working in Parramatta CBD, I will most certainly be speaking of this instance.

THE WORST CAR WASH STAY AWAY. OVER PRICED AND SIMPLY DONT CARE. If a speck of dirt doesn't stare them in the eye you best believe they'll leave it behind.

Bad customer service they're just horrible

Over priced . Don't know how to clean cars. Windows came back dirty. Don't go there.
