Hi Im Zoe, I have been a personal trainer for 5 years. Health, Fitness and Wellbeing is my absolute passion, and I love sharing and helping others discover why being healthy, fit and active is so great for our lifestyle.
As a personal trainer I will encourage and support you every single way throughout your program and challenges. I promise if you stick to your workouts and clean eating plans you will see results in no time.
I offer 1 on 1 personal training, 2-3 personal training, small group and rehab training. All personal training programs involve personalised nutrition plans, weekly nutritional diaries, photo and measurement analyse.
I specialize in all type of training suited to your needs, weight loss, body toning and targeted training for specific sport or other events such as obstacle races, and fun runs.
