Every Monday & Tuesday night Dance fitness class. . . Our classes are filled with a variety of music, some of the latest hits & disco lights too. . . They are designed for all fitness levels, ages & experience. . . High or low impact, the choice is yours. . . Just wear comfortable workout clothes & joggers, bring a bottle of water, a towel and leave your troubles at the door. . . No need to book. . . Your 1st class is FREE, just rock up & get ready for some FUN. . .
