I am qualified to offer both Zumba® Fitness and Zumba® GOLD (the moderate version of the regular Zumba® as seen on TV etc) classes.
As a qualified Naturopath and Dietician, I value the right nutrition very high apart from regular fitness

You never know what's around the corner, so how lucky was our family to get to hang out for a day in our own town with Zumba Fitness's Mastertrainer Steve Boedt ZES (fellow countryman) & his partner Jon Martin!!
