Battery World Blacktown

Went there to get a Century battery replaced under original manufacturer warranty, under recommendation from the battery manufacturer itself. Was told some waffle about it not being maintained as per spec and that it was 'very low' on water, despite the indicator on the battery never telling me to 'add water'.
Took it to a different retailer, he laughed at their 'diagnosis' and suggested they were just trying to sell me another battery. I did not have any issue whatsoever getting the battery replaced under warranty with this different retailer.

Great customer service, in & out in 10 minutes with new car battery, only downfall is that they welcome Amex card but doesn't accept it.

A big thank you to Andrew for helping me when my battery died in the car wash next door on a Friday afternoon. In what was a fairly stressful situation he provided great service, considering also that he had already shut the shop and was about to head home.

Great customer service

Do not let them install a dual battery system in your 4wd. They may seem like they know what they are doing but that is where it STOPS.....thermometer not connected, insulation still wrapped up with cable tie not used, wires not crimped, battery not earthed as per installation guide, the list goes on and on. It was a problem from day one and we have had to have it re-installed correctly - no way would I let them look at it again after going back a few times with problems, because of the faulty install the C-tek caused issues with the main battery and the 2nd battery.
