Melinda Timmons is a qualified Counsellor and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over ten years experience working with adolescents and adults providing therapeutic support.

Melinda is trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and uses an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on strengths, resilience and recovery.

She has a particular interest in providing therapeutic intervention for the treatment of trauma and trauma-related difficulties such as; Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Acute stress disorder (ASD), dissociative disorders, attachment disorders, and Borderline Personality disorder (BPD), as well as a wide variety of other general mental health issues.
