Go to place for my dog, great vet, puppy school and in-store guidance. However, the grooming section could be improved as some employees are quite rude, they give a nice haircut though.

Took our little pup here to get desexed. Was the cheapest we found after calling around and they offer payment plans through Vetpay.

Helpful staff , good choice of fishes & good price.

Really distressing that animals are kept in tiny glass boxes in this store. How is this still acceptable? If you purchase animals, whether from a breeder or a pet store, you need to take a good look at yourself.

My wife and i have been dealing with the team and management for the past 3 years at best frinds tuggeranong. Spending thousands of dollars per calender year.always happy customers. Unfortunately after my wifes experience with new management today. We will never return to the store. Head office you should be ashamed of hiring such a d#%k for management. Good luck with it all mate you won't last long with a attitude like that. We'll happily take our money to the nearest competitor PETBARN. You c#%k.
