Very pleased with these guys. The young ladies were very nice to deal with but the old lady is a bit strange. Ring alteration was fast and reasonably priced.

Great service. I've been back and forth a few times getting my wife's engagement ring made. They built it to our own design and were really helpful throughout. We also got our wedding rings resized here and the service was again great.

I have always found my Briolette experience to be exceptional. The sales staff are highly qualified and the jewellery is beautifully made. These days you pay for what you get and quality deems a higher price. When you want something above chain store quality there is no one better in Canberra than Briolette.

- Staff were either inexperienced or arrogant
- stock was grossly overpriced and poor quality
- only go here if you like putting money in a furnace

Terrible experience

I love this Argyle pink diamond. Just one of many that are racing out the door. Due to public demand we will open this Monday to celebrate our Aussie pinks, the Queen's birthday and all of our beautiful bespoke pieces at reduced prices during our final sale.
