Popped in one fine day to ask a few questions regarding our pets. Staff were kind and helpful despite the sudden drop-in and having no appointment. Knowledgeable and found out some information for us.
Inside are the most charming cats that walk around demanding all the praise and attention they can muster. My daughter was delighted. Beautiful pictures on the walls and clean rooms. Have yet to follow up on bringing pets in so can't comment on that but it had a lovely vibe for the short time we were there.

Best vets, care about fur babies not money hungry and wont do unnecessary procedures just to charge. Excellent staff just perfect

Overpriced, unfriendly, charge for every little thing that they can and don't care about the animals. Kippax Vet over Charnwood anyday.

We do not appreciate our concerns for our sick cat being brushed to the side. Overpriced with no service. No wonder it's never the same people when we go in. Much better service at Kippax Vet, we will be going there from now on!
