Reviews
love the friendly service
The same great Coles with a lovely and friendly staff
Variety of well-organised products, reasonable price, and convenient set up of check out system
Well, I think there is a joke that sums up Coles.
"What Do you get when Woolworths burns down?"
"Coles!!!"
A cheesy joke, I know but the joke shows that Woolworths is better, I would go there instead of Coles. Better cheese!
Reasonably good range, usually stocked well, close to Woolworths and Aldi
Decent prices. No shocks
Good location and reasonable prices. Quite wide alleys and helpful staff.
great place to shop, pazx13 showed me to the bread isle and gave me some very good deals on baguette 10/11
Good coles. Chickens and bakery were fresh.
Never any baskets, and it's a pain to park... honestly you're better off driving to Queanbeyan or Majura Park to do your weekly shop as its less stressful and larger range of items.
Possibly the most depressing place to be in Canberra on a Sunday afternoon. And that’s saying something. Used to be tolerable due to an above average cheese selection but now clearly trying to outdo Dickson Woolies in providing the worst customer experience ever. Appallingly designed carpark. Never any baskets as you walk in. Because why would you want to... carry things? Basic, basic things missing in the produce section. Nectarines without flies? Leftover onions (onions!) that aren’t turning some weird colour? Fresh herbs? Forget it. Godawful early 1990s selection of Old El Paso and Masterfoods mass produced mediocrity filling the centre aisles. Clearly it’s shamefully exploiting its monopoly position as the only major supermarket in the inner south while it can. Can’t wait for the day Amazon shakes it of its lazy complacency.
Good deals on fruit and vegetables as well as junk food often quite stocked and in a great location.
If you are going to shut early, it would really f__king handy if you could update you store timings.
Great prices, good variety & large amount of stock. Helpful & friendly staff make a pleasant shopping experience :)
In desperate need of more checkouts to be open on Wednesday mornings. Only one open this morning and we were lined up 6 deep waiting. Staff were called 4 times before someone came. Just not good effort it happens every Wednesday morning.
Terrible shop! Shelves rarely stocked, fresh produce runs out, always a queue at the deli. One of the worst Coles supermarkets in the country.
Great variety food was fresh and friendly staff
Yep it's a coles. Fruit was very fresh.
Well, it's Coles and a big one at that. Perfect for all-week grocery shopping.
Was only able to obtain 5 out of the 9 items I needed. I haven't been looking, but finally found a more disappointing shop than Dickson Woolies. Hummus sold out for the third consecutive week
Everything's ok. Average. Nothing special
Fruit and vegetables are not very fresh
Large has everythung needed but staff wasnt sure were everything was kept themselves
Reasonable range of groceries. Fruit and veg good quality.
worst phone service ever! every time i call this store it takes min 6 calls before its answered than try and get put through to the bakery impossible at times. today is one of those days i give up. Coles Tuggeranong youve lost this customer
It's a Coles supermarket. Parking is usually good and disabled parking is available.
Service desk called grocery for assistance 3 times. I waited over half an Hr for help in relation to a product. Was told noone is in groceries until 6pm. Ummm what??
Disgusting!!
Not a very big shop, more like an express than full size
Decent selection and fresh food but only smoke counter open if you don't want to self serve with a trolley full
This coles has high quality beef and a fantastic selection of fresh baked bread that is available even on a Sunday arvo.
It's a Coles. They are all pretty much the same. This one is nicely renovated from a Superbarn.
It is a great shop but has had poor customer service over the last few Sunday afternoons with lack of cash registers open. There were 2 registers open, the third had a sign up saying it was closed after serving the last customer. Trolleys were lined up back to the alcohol counter and the aisles and no one came to replace the third register. one young lady turned up and was directed to the 12 items or less register where there was already someone serving with minimum customers. A 15minute wait yo get served is unacceptable and one of the reasons we left Woolworts. Please don't spoil a great shop in a great location with this la k of customer service
Great Coles Supermarket. I go out of my way to go here. Ample parking, and with Coffee Guru, awesome bakery, and a few awesome takeaway places 😆
Good range of fresh produce. Fresh bread, clean super market
Great supermarket
Very good service and products are fresh and good quality. Thanks a lot.
Alright, missing one or two of my preferred items but overall a good outlet. Staff where friendly and helpful.
Ok for shopping but beware coles are labelling everything under their brand and cutting back on good value named brands. Should not be allowed.
Always easy parking and a good range of groceries and liquor
A supermarket. Not much to say one way or another. It had everything I was looking for except craft beer.
All ways the staff have good customer service. Like the who works in the fruit and vegetable area he has agood customer service. He has a pieceing on the ear
Great store very tidy easy to find things
Some of the younger Staff could smile a bit more though.
Small, but has everything needed. I'm amazed that the staff always seem to know where everything is when I need help to find something. I recently needed to return something for a refund, Molly was only too happy to help. Very happy to shop here.
Produce is terrible compared to the Supabarn that use to be here. And expect to wait a long time if you want an actual person to serve you at the checkout
Straightforward layout, friendly staff. Sophisticated self serve.
A large variety of products in a small store. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its easy to get in and out quickly. There is plenty of parking options.
I love that coles are now open in Kaleen. Staff need more training. Some are quite young and rude. Unprofessional. Don't have as much products as the one in belconnen but has enough. Free parking.
Good: nice staff generally.
Really bad: the only option in the evening is to scan items yourself, for the same price of the groceries.
Also bad: shouted to get out at 10pm, although obviously getting out...
I liked Superbarn more...
Big stores but choices a little limited and prices very competitive.
Always seems busy but appropriately staffed with a competent team
Needs Indoor whiskas cat dry food, and Devondale blue and white butter. Edit: they now have the blue and white butter!
Reasonable selection but rather small. Coles bakery foods are great but don't carry the same range as some of their competitor's
Convenient location with all the expected staple goods. The store appeared very disorganised and messy when I came in (a Tuesday night).
A full fledge efficient supermarket right in CBD
Hasn't got the eclectic and interesting products the previous Supabarn had, so no reason to go here as often.
got all the basics, convenient, dubious abt their free range eggs, tho
Its a Coles!
Very limited choices - runs out of supplies and fruit and veg shelves often empty.
Great place good customer service abd friendly staff
Free parking and easy shopping quaint set of shops to visit and grocery shop
can once again recommend Liam Robinson for the great service.
All the products you need. Needs more parking though
Very nice place to shop. I love it.
Just like coles Gungahlin...... but without the overcrowding
Very nice place to do shopping. Underground parking is a bliss on cold Canberra evenings.
Best coles in canberra! Very clean best customer service one can ever grt fttom Coles. I never have to wait in the line.
1 hour waiting in the queue 3 checkouts shut-really Coles??
