Dhl service is very poor . Please do not use for international service it could be bit batter in Australia. Lack.of communication they answer your call but won't do anything do find my parcel wherw is it .but keep saying sorry sir for inconvenient. We don't need sorry need some action and deliver my parcel .
Parcels was picked 3 week ago from today but hasn't been delivered today they promised 5 day service and i pay $100 + for 500gm parcel . But service is very very disgraceful for dhl. Not going to use ever again and do not use for internationally.

They had my stuff and then they gave it to me.

I have used their service many times over several years and they have been the most consistent delivery service by far. Prompt, friendly and over that time, they have only delayed delivery on 2 or 3 occasions due to presence of new staff - this is bound to happen over a few years.

Terrible!!! I gave an authority to leave my package at the front door but I didn't receive anything. Requested for an investigation and was told it was delivered to the correct address. Strange cuz I have had other deliveries made and packages left at the front door and never missed any of it !! Something very fishy !

on the 2nd of September I get a message that my package would be delivered on the 7th. That day didnt work and I wanted to change the delivery address. I went online and changed it, but on the 5th they tried delivering it to the wrong address.
