Thanks guys. Love our new front door (which once was a window). Well crafted and great customer service. Couldn’t be happier!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My recommendation is to avoid at all cost! Had to have them out 3 times to fix the door - the second time they replaced almost the entire door. Couldn't even get the glass in the right way around. Security door does not fit or lock, and still left with unsightly un-matching putty in the frame, where they bothered to put it in! Gaping holes everywhere. Worst job I have ever had done by any company.

Booked in for a new external door, and prepaid $439. The carpenter never showed up, we called Doors Plus after waiting two hours, they told us he was sick and they had to reschedule for the following week (no call to let us know, they simply didn't show up after I waited two hours for them!). Not much good to us given we had four days until the end of our lease! So we rescheduled for two days later. Two days later, another call: the carpenter's car isn't working (seriously?), so had to reschedule for the next day (the same day we had to give the keys back to the agent). Asked them to throw in a prepainted door since they caused the delays and we now didn't have time to paint the door ourselves. Nope, they wanted to charge us an additional $250! More than that, the guy we were dealing with, Brendan (Fyshwick) was INCREDIBLY rude. Questioned why we'd left it so late if we knew we had to give the keys back (I would have thought booking two weeks in advance, for installation four days before the keys need to be returned would be sufficient!!), told us it wasn't his fault or problem and when I said I was inclined to lodge a complaint he told me that he "wasn't interested" and that he would process a refund for us and HUNG UP on me. Yep - a salesman actually hung up on me. SO unprofessional. Do not use Doors Plus, and certainly DO NOT deal with Brendan.

My partner and I were in the market for a new front door to replace our old dilapidated one on our double brick 60's home.
We're slowly making improvements to the place so we wanted something that was not only safe and secure but something that would look good and last.
After some consideration we agreed on one and it was promptly installed.
Unfortunately we were not happy with the quality of the workmanship of the carpenter who fitted the frame and door. There were gaps where there should not have been, the frame was misaligned and the overall finish was not up to our expectation.
We were worried about it and we returned to the shop to explain. True to their word "No Fuss", the same day they came out and inspected the job and agreed with our summation. They offered to rip it out and start again from scratch. The following week the job was done and we are now very happy with the result.

We wanted to extend the width of our front entrance with a wider door so we visited Doors Plus in Fyshwick and were shown a variety of choices and options, we finally decided on our choice of entrance door. A big thank you to Elliot for being so patient and making the whole process so easy. We came out feeling confident that we made the right choice and it was within our budget. We were given a timeline of approx 6 weeks from time of ordering to fitting the new door and it was spot on. We are so very impressed with our new front entrance - Grantley did a wonderful job installing our new door and side glass panel and it makes for a very long day coming to Goulburn but we now have a wonderful new grand entrance that we are proud of. Our next project is changing over our external sliding doors which of course will only be done by Doors Plus. Big gold stars to Doors Plus Fyshwick - especially Elliot and their installer Grantley

2 installations(mine and my mothers) and are the worst. Shabby finishings, split wood, holes in wood, putty everywhere. Looks like something from the green shed. The owner Brendan is a pig. If you arent a male he will speak to like a piece of rubbish. Would never recommend

We ordered internal double glazed, sliding stacker doors with frosted glass. The initial process of ordering with Elliott was easy and George came around not long after to measure up. Unfortunately it took nearly 12 weeks before installation but we were told about this. George did a great job and is a very nice bloke also. I would use them again but the wait was a bit over the top.

Unfortunately I found the store manager Brendan to be rude and not willing to help. When I asked him a question regarding supply of doors for my new house, he said he didn't want to waste his time on us incase my builder didn't want to use them. I explained that I was told to find a supplier of my choice by my builder and would personally have to pay the difference but Brendan would not listen. He interrupted me and effectively followed me out of the showroom. Very disappointed. I would not recommend Doors Plus to anyone. If the customer service is so poor, I would be concerned to see how matters would progress if an issue arose. Stay away.

Brendon was very helpful and professional. Everything proceeded smoothly with no dramas. David the carpenter did a fantastic job in installing my new front and rear doors. I was amazed at how much difference the new doors made to the appearance of the house.
