Gold'S Gym Gungahlin (Permanently Closed)

Most poorly run gym ever. Such a disgrace to the Gold's Brand.

I was member for more than 3 years, when gym went down and down, I was still telling myself give these guys more chance until they cancelled all interesting classes, half of the rest classes, instructors not show up for classes often.When I asked to cancel my membership, gym over charged me 6 weeks said its processing time! Took 6 weeks to process a cancellation,seems bit rediculous! This one star for all the good managers/instructors used to work in this gym.

- Double charged for months, only received partial refund after weeks of chasing this up myself.
- Don't call back when "guaranteeing they will (every single time!)
- No soap, no towels for months... Imagine how dirty the equipment is...
- Interesting classes all cancelled weeks after signing up.
- TV screens in equipment not connected
- Gym is a mess, no-one puts their stuff away and staff don't seem interested.
- Bathrooms and toilets are disgusting.

Member for 2 years. The repo guys and cops arrived today. The owners have run away to the coast leaving the manager to try and sort their mess out. How do I give a zero star rating?
