Iga Kingston (Permanently Closed)
Reviews
No one knows whether this place is closing down or if the management have simply given up.
Frustrating because they have a captive audience unless you go to Manuka. Roll on the new supermarket opening up down the road...
Strangest IGA store I've ever shopped in. It is freezing cold, they have no heat on - ever. The check out staff wear coats, beanies and gloves! And the shelves are frequently empty as though they are going out of business. Very frustrating if you are looking for a specific item. Wish they were not my neighbourhood convenience store!!!
Good salad bar. Nice staff
I've lived in Kingston for 18 months. The stock levels at this IGA are terrible. There are almost always empty shelves everywhere you look in this IGA - especially for non perishable goods. They do not restock regularly - the same shelves can be empty for multiple days. I've given up going here. I don't know how they stay in business.
What has happened to the stock levels here? Have recently moved back to Kingston, and this used to be my go to local. Always very well stocked and good produce. Now? So many empty shelves! Why? It's very frustrating. I'd love to support my local market, but not if they never have any stock!
Did a small shop today 13/04/17 at 2:15 ,staff were extremely rude and very unhelpful,i should of just stuck to coles/safeway
Fairly small and prices can be a little high, especially for milk/bread.
Had everything we needed, and prices ok. Not too busy.
Friendly staff and good range of fresh produce. Not great at stocking catalogue specials.
