Looksmart Alterations

Poor quality alterations. I wish I could upload a photo showing the ruthless job they did repairing a tear in my work shirt.

Overpriced as hell, for a simple replacement of a zip and a couple of stitches in another skirt that I could've done myself if I had all the resources. Nothing in particular spectacular for the price I paid, job was done, however they couldn't find the right colour match for the zip and if I'm expected to pay that much money I want it to be the best alterations experience of my life.

Called in two days early to see if alteration was ready, they did it on the spot! Much appreciated and a job well done. Thanks

Really expensive service, charge nearly $30 for a standard pants shorten. And the guy is very rude too, no smiling at all. Why customers pay top dollars for no customer service.

When any clothing needs to be fitted/amended, Hoa is the person to go!!! She's the most skilled&patient tailor I've ever met, one can totally count on her!!! Thanks for fitting lol my formal dresses-being if a cheongsam or a little black dress, with attention to all the details!! And yes-Hoa gives you the best fashion tips as well!!!; ）

Had an awesome experience dealing with this store. Excellent and prompt customer service, friendly and inviting staff and the quality of the finished product was better then when bought new. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fix or alteration

Don't go here. I went even after reading the other bad reviews on here, took my jumpsuit in for a simple hemming of the legs and they're not even level. $25 for nothing.
