Very good staff in a well-equipped facility. The discharge process was a bit deficient though and a script for a needed prescription was not provided

The staff there are hopeless

Came in for and MRI and was booked in for the next morning! Staff member was very friendly and we had a great discussion on the value of whole-body MRI for early detection. The hospital seemed well maintained, although I did not get a chance to see too much it.

Great experience for any one going in for surgery. Reception staff where always friendly and helpful.

A shiny, clean private hospital for people who can afford it, else the Canberra Hospital is just across the road.

The reception staff made it feel more like I was checking into a good hotel than heading to hospital for surgery. Very courteous and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable, with enough space for visitors without feeling like you are imposing on other patients in the hospital. Everything was clean and in good condition.

The nursing staff were fantastic. Very positive and always attentive. They helped make what could have been a horrible few days much more bearable.

Super impressed with reception/ office staff. Rang from SA to organise a small surprise for a cancer patient and they went out of their way to help. Can thank you girls enough!
