Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Very happy with my stay!

Parklands was a nice, secure and comfortable place to stay overnight for us as we were driving between states.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on aside from my Tempur at home.
Their secure underground parking was greatly appreciated as we were travelling in our own car.
The courtyard garden was pretty and safe enough for my 2yo son to freely wander around.
Our encounter with staff was outstanding. Simone was exceptional. She was helpful with local information and she was clear in delivery. Simone personally looked for my hubbys missing wallet (after we checked out) which we eventually found 8 hours later. The small effort she put in to help us was as huge thing for us!

Well located, about 7 minutes drive from city centre. Friendly staff and undercover parking available. I stayed with my Wife and 16 month old son. They didn't organise the cot as they said they would but the young lady at reception soon brought it to our room which was great. The room was mostly organised, it was advertised as a king bed when in fact it was 2 singles pushed together which of course you can feel when you lay on it. The bathroom had a wet/dirty face washer left in the shower from previous occupants. There was some lack of detail with the finer touches as well i.e. A room for 3 people had 3 mugs, 4 water glasses and 1 wine glass. The beds were clean and made well. Realising we had forgot to bring toothpaste I went to reception to ask as there was none in the rooms to which they said they don't have any and there is a Woolworths close by. We left for the day and on return there was a note saying that due to the amount of personal items on the bed they were unable to make the bed up (there was our pyjamas and a hair straightener) that's fair enough though. They didn't clean any of the room though, no vacuum and bathroom wasn't cleaned. They did leave a fresh towel and toilet paper roll. All in all I wouldn't stay there again.

Room is clean, nice and comfortable. Unfortunately there is no kitchen sink so that's a bit inconvenient. The location is quite central so there is easy access to restaurants and cafes.

Large room that was warm for arrival. Then the most uncomfortable beds EVER.. stained carpet, loose power points and holes in wall. All that asside if you want a place to sleep, book a park bench. On a positive lovely soap and body Cream on pump but it doesn't make up for no sleep and the pain I am in today.

Comfortable rooms close to the city. Can self cater as close to Dickson shops. BBQ facilities and nice sheltered out door area. Able to do washing so great for families.

Stayed for 5 weeks here for work. Rooms are small, and have definitely got a bit of wear. Bed is comfortable enough. There was no oven or clothes dryer in the room, coin dryers are on the ground floor though. Wifi is almost unusable in the rooms, and certain sites are blocked from access. Location is good, 10min drive to city, 15mins to airport, shops and restaurants in walking distance. I probably wouldn't be that pleased with it if I was paying out of my own pocket.

Terrible!
Old and not so clean rooms. Air conditioner was only for display. It was not swinging properly and far from beds. Beds are not with good quality. We were there for 7 days and for 3 days housekeeping was absent. Trash was flooding. Yaak!
They were not ready to change our room.
No views from the rooms. And creepy insects were lying everywhere on the floor outside. My child was so afraid of them.
Bad experience!

Decent rooms. As with any place, the photos represent the idealised version of what the room could be. So expect a little bit of wear and tear beyond the photos.
