This was my second time in to years where I had my eyes tested. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I will go back there next year again.

Turns out that they take customer complaints seriously, rectified the situation and apologised, turned a bad experience into a good one.

Crap services . Been over an hour waiting collect my father class and the staff(Lauren) so ruled, unfriendly, unrespectable as well . She's treat my dad with bad behavior i ever seen. Look like we owned money or we do not deserve for service. People don't waste time if want glass or good services from this hell place👎

I initially went in for replacement clear frames and sunglasses with my current prescription. The wrong frames for my sunglasses were entered into the system (unsure what went wrong here though I myself was very understanding as errors happen) and upon recognising the error that same day on my receipt I called to have this corrected. Coming in to retrieve my order the next week, I was still given those wrong sunglasses despite the fact I was reassured that it would be corrected (Employee spent entire appointment trying to direct blame. That was not my concern). A complaint was made via phone and assurances were made (priority, a phone call when they had arrived and a manager taking care of my order personally). I came to realise that once again the wrong frames had been entered into my order. I called to rectify again (This case was a lack of listening. I dictated very clearly which glasses I wanted and the wrong ones were brought to the table. Though I was confused as they looked slightly different, I accepted that they were the ones I had clarified 3 times before she had retrieved them from the sheves and by this time I was very flustered and upset by the blame game). Despite me being incredibly understanding and patient I was still treated rudely and as if I was unimportant. Though I dealt with some helpful staff, my overall experience was horrid. Upon picking up my glasses (after receiving a text message, not a phone call) it became apparent that my order had not been made priority, that a manager would not be dealing with my order and that I had been forgotten amongst the masses despite two mistakes. I am annoyed that a massive client base seems to negate the need for individual customer satisfaction and that it fosters a "get them in, get them out" work environment. Very disappointed.
