Specsavers Optometrists - Woden Westfield

I really like this store.

I am about to go in for my two yearly check up and probably get new glasses so I definitely gave them a call.

Two years ago when I bought my current glasses, Hubert, the store manager was helping me. He had better taste and idea of what suited my face than I did. I will definitely be seeking out his opinion again before I make my purchase.

Then during the last two years my children (currently 4 and 5) have battered my glasses. I had to go in twice to get them adjusted and the lovely Christy was very nice to me and got my glasses fixed up and they felt so much better.

Then when I was just booking my appointment for my next eye test and also double checking people's names before writing this review Laosana was very helpful and help me figure out who previously served me.

I don't normally write reviews but I really feel good about this store and I'm happy to return as a customer and leave a review.

Excellent service, precision eye testing, gorgeous glasses/frames...sent my entire family down to get new glasses.

I have been a customer at Specsavers in Woden for almost a year now. I am a customer of both glasses and contact lens. Every experience I have had with both staff and product has been to the highest satisfaction. I think the comment made by Molly regarding the contact lens assistance appearance is extremely inappropiate and biggotted and someone who is more focused on the appearance/sexual orientation of the contact lens assistant is always going to have a hard time putting in contact lens as they are a huge idiot. Therefore as Molly said, go to OPSM up stairs if you are more focused on those things cos you deserve to pay a much higher price and get your contact lens within 3 months of the order date rather than next day at Specsavers.
