Excellent staff! I had my daughters birthday here and it was amazing! Absolutely fantastic place to have a kids party! Highly recommend!

The Synergy team made organising our 7year olds party so easy. All the kids had such a great time, with heaps of different activities. They will definitely see us again!

I've been to a number of gyms and boot camps around the ACT ant Synergy is by far the best. The trainers are fantastic, catering for people of all fitness levels, and it provides a fun and rewarding workout!

Never a dull moment at Synergy! I have tried so many new things and made so many new friends. It can be hard stepping out of your exercise comfort zone but everyone is welcoming no matter what your fitness level and the trainers are fantastic! Thanks Synergy!
