Absolutely shocking. This is the second week in a row that our bins haven't been emptied now, and if it was because it was piled high this week, that is your own fault for not emptying the bins the previous week. This now means we will have to fit three weeks worth of rubbish in one small bin, and god forbid its piled high, because apparently you don't empty it at all then.
And now I have been on hold for 40 minutes after being told every 10 seconds that "my call is very important please wait" and that I am first in line. Wish I could give less then one star.
