I have been attending a Gym for the past 5 years and have attended about 3 classes per week. I was of the opinion that I did not need Personal Coaching Training, how wrong I was. The benefit of having someone like Tanya as a my own Personal Coach was remarkable. I have found Tanya to be an excellent PT. Through her I have lost over 30kg and couldn't be feeling better! Not only does she provide a varied and fun session every time, but she will help you with the dietary and mental aspects as well so you can be your best. A great motivator and a helpful teacher.
