The Good Guys Belconnen

Non-stop spam from these guys on text message and e-mail after buying a vacuum cleaner. Was wondering why they needed so many details for a simple transaction. Obviously to sell them on to third parties. Won't ever be back.

The staff knew what they were talking about and back dock guys were the friendliest people and very quick at getting what I paid for

Appalling customer service
I went in to buy a tv and stood for 20 minutes waiting for help while employees kept walking past me.. I finally walked up to someone and asked for help and from the start was spoken to very rudely by this man who acted as if I was just annoying him.. I decided to just walk off after that and buy a tv elsewhere. This was my 4th time in the Belconnen store and 3 of those times have been unpleasant or upsetting. I've learnt my lesson and will not return it's just pathetic the way I was treated

Some of the goods have actually increased in price from the year before and yet the put the big sign saying its on sale. i think thats just misleading

Don't expect these clowns to honour a warranty.

Whatever small amount of money you think you'll save by buying here - it's not worth it.

Horrible experience, did not supply my TV after even 2 weeks. When I called, they harassed me by providing wrong info for 3 times. When I talked to the managers, he even could not solve it, wanted to call me back within a day but he did not. When I informed them my frustration and asked to return my deposit, the even didnt care to say 'sorry' for once! No more to goodgys. Thanks

Salesperson was friendly, but end result was disappointing.

Bought a washing machine and payed for it to be delivered. Delivery date was to be agreed on the following day. Delivery date was agreed and told driver would call the day before scheduled delivery.

Made a subsequent enquiry over the phone about product price as I saw a much cheaper price by The Good Guys via Ebay. They would not price match. Delivery driver did not call the day before scheduled delivery and obviously no delivery on the day. I called the store to ask why we had not received a phone call, at which point I was put through to the original salesperson. He told me that when I made my price enquiry he accessed my order and this suspended the delivery process. He did not re-complete the order and so I would never have had the item delivered until I called about it.

What makes this worse is he said, "You see, it is both our faults because you rang asking for a price match and I forgot to reprocess the order". He was making a joke, but in the circumstances, not a funny one.
