Have had good experiences here, ordering through the services such as eat now are soooooo expensive. Otherwise how good the food cold and ready to go the next day 👍😊

Don't like the taste of burnt noodles. I'm guessing they don't clean the woks properly throughout the day.
Tables were dirty.
Girl who served me didn't seem to want to be there. I was wondering what I'd done tbh.
There's other noodle places around so ill steer clear of this one.

I went here the other night and it was good service but I'm sister had a allergic reaction when we were eating and I was so angry because she got a satay chicken ( my sister is allergic to seafood) and I'm 100% sure that satay chicken does not contain seafood. She had to be rushed to the hospital 😡😡😡😡 the only conclusion I could come to is they don't wash the woks properly after making meals. I have worked in hospitality before and I know the everything has to be wash properly to avoid situations like this😡😡

A classic wokitup franchise that handles busy periods well - never had a complaint here it's good and I recommend it.

Ditched the food on a door step, said he knock via text. Lied to the store and said he called me. Wrong doorstep. Wrong house. Store was disgustingly rude. Driver tried to get me to take food that had been sitting god knows where in the rain for an hour.

Two hours for cold AND wrong food, disgusting service. Plus got a free guilt trip! Go team.

The food is okay, a bit greasy for my liking. In terms of price and quality, just go to slow noodle fast down the road. Much better for a similar price

The service was excellent! The cashier was very patient with me while I 'ummed' and 'ahhred' over creating a meal, and was helpful when I asked for suggestions. The cooks seemed lively and very friendly - you can watch your meal getting prepared. The box is deceptively small; a regular is more than enough to fill you. Will definitely go there again!

After waiting nearly half an hour i got a flavourless BB box which was oily, burnt and absolutely NO FLAVOUR. very disappointed what a waste of $18 the only good thing was the spring rolls. Their sweet and sour sauce tastes like watered down tomato sauce! Please teach your employees how to make it properly or you will soon go bankrupt

Modernised Asian cuisine that still taste good! Pad Thai and satay are my favorites and you can even customise the ingredients to your preference.

Good food however always a bit of a wait. Noisy inside but a quiet deck outside to eat at.

I often go after school, regular customer. They close at 9pm. I race from class to get dinner. Park the car and approach door at 8:59. Staff member races me to the door from inside and locks it before I can push it open. Shakes her head and says sorry closed. I look in shock as people still line up inside to order. No compassion. Bad customer service left bad taste in my mouth. Will go somewhere where they appreciate their customers from now on.

Fast service, great prices and delicious food.

The food is decent, but I've lost track of the number of times they've screwed up our order. They have a tendency to take an order online (through Menulog), then when you turn up to collect it they say "sorry, we didn't have any more [whatever]". And there's no way to get a refund because of the way their ordering system is set up. Tonight they simply didn't put the main ingredient into the box. Not good enough.
